Draft Bill on the Protection of Religious Communities (Indonesian)

This document contains the draft Bill of the Republic of Indonesia on the Protection of Religious Communities prepared and proposed by the SETARA Institute in 2011. This draft bill was conceived as a proposal for a national legal framework to guarantee, protect, and fulfill the right to freedom of religion and belief for all citizens of Indonesia, as well as to prevent all forms of discrimination based on religion.
